The Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office says a family dispute led to the stabbing of a teenager from Leggett. Deputies responded to repoprted of a person covered with blood along Highway 101 near the Standish-Hickey State Recreation area Monday night. They found the 18-year-old, who refused medical treatment after EMS showed up at the scene. Deputies say there was no threat to the community and that they’ll review information gathered fromthe scene before deciding if the DA should pursue charges.
