A local conversation about food security is coming to Willits later this week. Little Lake Grange is hosting a town hall bringing together community groups and county leaders to talk about food access, gardens, and emergency supplies. The meeting follows a well-attended forum last fall, where residents raised concerns about rising need and shrinking federal support. County Supervisor John Haschak has previously emphasized communities stepping up to solve these challenges locally. Saturday’s meeting runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Grange in Willits.
