Police in Ukiah say a woman is behind bars after allegedly opening fire on a parked vehicle in broad daylight. Officers traced the shooting through surveillance video and later stopped a suspect carrying a loaded handgun and ammunition. Investigators say the evidence matched what was found at the scene of the shooting. The suspect, identified as a Redwood Valley woman, now faces several felony charges and is being held in the Mendocino County Jail.
