Someone in Northern California is holding a very lucky Powerball ticket this morning. A ticket sold at a Safeway in Sonoma matched five numbers in Saturday’s drawing, good for more than 364-thousand dollars. The winning ticket missed the Powerball number, falling short of the 178-million-dollar jackpot. Still, officials with Powerball say it’s a big win for one very fortunate player.
