Lake County government now estimates nearly three million gallons of sewage were released, affecting hundreds of acres. Health officials are still urging residents in the spill area to avoid using well water and consider temporary relocation until testing is complete. County leaders plan to answer questions and share updates at a town hall Wednesday night in Clearlake.
