Clearlake residents are invited to gather Monday to celebrate unity and honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. The 13th annual MLK Unity Day will feature music, dancers, and speakers under this year’s theme, “Unity through ComeUnity.” The event is set for noon to 2 p.m. at the Highlands Senior Center on Bowers Avenue. Organizers say the celebration is part of a national effort to reflect on King’s message of equality, justice, and community.
