The Highlands Senior Center in Clearlake is planning a program to honor Dr. Martin Luther King on the holiday that bears his name. Organizers say the 13th annual event on January 19th will feature speeches, muisic ands other experiences to remember Dr. King’s message. The event is from noon to 2 at the center on Bowers Avenue.
