A late-night encounter on a Fort Bragg street ended with a suspected drug dealer behind bars. Officers say Tuesday night they spotted a man riding an electric scooter the wrong way and later saw him running from a nearby yard. The suspect, identified as 51-year-old Ismael Martinez of Los Angeles, was already under supervision for past drug convictions. Police say they found a scale and more than 20 grams of suspected meth after Martinez tried to ditch the evidence. He was arrested and booked on multiple felony charges, with bail set at one-hundred-thousand dollars.
