With wildfire season always a concern, a free preparedness workshop is being offered in Ukiah this weekend. The Ukiah Branch Library is teaming up with Cal Fire to help residents learn how to better protect their homes and property. The session will cover practical steps like home hardening and proven wildfire safety practices. It takes place Saturday afternoon at the Ukiah Branch Library.
