Middletown Area Town Hall will hold board elections during its meeting Thursday night. The public meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the community meeting room and library on Washington Street. Candidates will have a chance to speak before members vote by ballot, with final confirmation handled by the county supervisors. The meeting will also feature a presentation on a proposed sculpture at Trailside Park and an update from Supervisor Helen Owen.
