A flood warning remains in effect for parts of Mendocino and Lake Counties until early tomorrow, including the Russian River at Hopland and the Navarro River near Navarro. Forecasters say excessive runoff may also result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Police are urging caution on the roads because there have been reports of trees down, rock slides, and other highway hazards all day. This may be the last of the rain for a while. After some showers move through, predictions call for drying out later in the week with seasonal temperatures in the mid 50’s
