Millions of dollars in new grant funding are heading to communities across California, including Clearlake. State officials say the city will receive a $2.5 million grant to support planning and technical assistance as part of a broader effort to address homelessness and community needs. Governor Gavin Newsom says the funding helps local leaders tackle housing, infrastructure, and quality-of-life issues. North Coast Opportunities will also receive grant money to expand homelessness services in Lake County.
