Sandbag stations are open around Mendocino County as residents continue to deal with flooding from ongoing heavy rain. Officials say most locations require people to bring their own bags and shovels, with a few sites offering sand or supplies. In Ukiah, city crews have been out clearing drains and setting up barricades in flooded areas. Flooding has already led to road closures in Ukiah and Willits, along with shutdowns on portions of state highways 128 and 175.
