Floodwaters have shut down a major Mendocino County highway as an atmospheric river continues to dump heavy rain. Caltrans says Highway 128 is closed between Highway 1 and Flynn Creek Road near the Navarro River. Drivers are being rerouted using Comptche-Ukiah Road or Mountain View Road to reach Anderson Valley. Officials say flooding concerns remain, and there is no estimate on when the highway will reopen.
