Lakeport police say a late-night traffic stop turned into a DUI arrest after an officer saw a speeding SUV weaving down South Main Street. The driver, Silvia Perez, showed signs of intoxication and later blew a 0.12 blood alcohol level. Officers also found an open bottle of Jack Daniel’s and another alcoholic drink inside the car. Perez was taken to the Lake County Jail on DUI charges, and her vehicle was impounded.
