The Lake County sheriff’s office has identified a body pulled from Hidden Valley Lake as that of a teenager who was reported missing. The North Shore Dive team found 14-year-old Andrew Roberts on Sunday evening. He was last seen on a group trip in the Big Beach area of the lake earlier in the day when he told the group he was going for a swim.
A light agenda for the next meeting of the Clearlake Planning Commission. The commission has a couple of public hearings – one for an application for a tattoo parlor in an existing building on Lakeshore Drive, and another for an exemption to allow tobacco sales at a new business in the former Clear Lake Electronics space on Lakeshore Drive. The commission will also discuss routine business at the session, which starts Tuesday at 6 PM in the council chambers at City Hall.
