Mendocino County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 39 year old Elizabeth Arnold, and 48 year old Sarah Simon after they responded to reports that two people were breaking into people’s vehicles in the 3000 block of Estrella Court in Ukiah early Tuesday morning. Once deputies arrived on the scene, they noticed Simon, who was driving a vehicle at a slow speed with all of the lights turned off and right after that they saw another female hiding behind a car in the driveway of a residence, they identified as Arnold.
