The USDA is expanding a recall of some poultry products that might have been sold or distributed in California and the rest of the country because they could be contaminated by listeria. The recall was announced last week but now includes about 12 million pounds of prepared salads, burritos, and other ready-to-eat poultry products, sold at stores including Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart, and Kroger. The list includes hundreds of different labels as well as products that went to schools and restaurants nationwide.
